Cheryl Fostel was born in Spokane, Washington. Her father was in the Air Force so she grew up all across the country before settling in Texas. Cheryl received her Bachelors in Nursing at Texas Christian University and her Masters at Texas Women’s University. Cheryl then completed a Post Masters Nurse Practitioners program at Texas Tech. She joined Advanced Heart Care in April 2005 and has over 40 years of nursing experience. She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
Cheryl does both in-patient and out-patient care with cardiac patients. Her goal is to collaborate with the physicians to assist patients in achieving maximum wellness and quality of life. Her favorite part of this job is working with the patients.
Cheryl has three grown children, Chris, Josh, and Kate, and six grandchildren.
